I have changed the way I send out our Children’s Ministry News! I hope our newsletters will help you keep on top of all of the exciting things we have going on here at First Pres!

One Great Hour of Sharing

Hopefully your fish banks are full of change and ready to be turned in! This Sunday, May 12th we will be collecting all of the One Great Hour of Sharing Fish Banks during the Time with the Children during the 10am worship service. Thank you in advance for your contribution that will go towards the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, Presbyterian Hunger Program, and Self Development of People!

Memorial Day Parade Everyone is invited to join us on the front lawn, Monday, May 27th for the Memorial Day Parade!  The parade begins at 9am and there will be face painting, fake tattoos, hot dogs and lemonade on the lawn!

Vacation Bible School

As you are planning your summer – please mark your calendar for Vacation Bible School, Monday, August 12th – Friday, August 16th – 6:00-8:00 p.m.  Vacation Bible School is for children entering 1st-5th grade.  The cost is $40 per child and you can register for VBS here https://www.groupvbspro.com/vbs/hl/firstprescaldwell

Need a Babysitter?? I have compiled a list of available teens from our congregation who are looking for babysitting jobs.  They are divided into towns, drivers and non-drivers, and whether they are college students or teens!  Please contact me if you have any questions. Happy Mother’s Day to the Moms in our Congregation!  We hope you will be able to join us this Sunday to hear the always delightful Cherub Choir sing during the 10am worship service!
