THE 18TH ANNUAL BOARD OF DEACONS YOUTH & OUTREACH MISSION GOLF TOURNAMENT ON

What could be better than a day of terrific golf, friendly competition, great food and beverages, and wonderful prizes? Join us for the 18th Annual Board of Deacons Youth & Outreach Mission Golf Tournament on Monday, September 28th at Knoll East Golf Course, Lake Hiawatha, NJ. All are welcome! The friendly 4 player/best ball team format guarantees everyone an enjoyable day regardless of skill level. Check-in begins at 11:00am. There is a grill lunch at Noon and a shotgun start at 1:30pm. The afternoon on the course is followed by a buffet dinner and cash bar at 5:30pm. Come for the entire afternoon, or just for dinner. The day promises fellowship as well as the opportunity to network while directly supporting Youth & Outreach Mission projects at First Pres. Opportunities for various level sponsorships are also available.

The Board of Deacons at The First Presbyterian Church at Caldwell holds the annual Golf Outing to support many outreach programs offered to the congregation as well as the local community. The funds will support a combination of any of the following ministries:

• Mission Trips for Youth and Adults. Educating youth on the value and importance of mission work both nationally and locally is a priority at FPC at Caldwell.
• Music Ministries. The Music Ministries at FPC elevates worship services and promotes fellowship and cooperation.
• Youth Ministries. The children at FPC participate in a number of events throughout the year that promote fellowship and companionship.
• Caldwell Food Pantry
• Sandwich Night Donations. FPC provides sandwiches each month to soup kitchens such as St. John’s in Newark.
• Oasis – a haven for women and children in Paterson, NJ
• Johnsonburg Camp and Retreat Center
• AV Ministry
• Pastor’s Discretionary Fund
