We have a great week planned for everyone. Several new folks will be participating and we are very excited to have lots of new people as well.
Tomorrow — Monday, August 18 — will begin at 9:00am and finish at 12:30pm. All participants should enter at the door by the glass stairwell (just past the elevator). A registration table will be set-up and everyone will need to check-in. If you or your son/daughter will be arriving late — please call the church office at 973.228.0310.
Also — we will appreciate knowing about any and all absences or folks needing to leave early. It is important that we can keep track of everyone while they are at camp!!
Campers will be dismissed by the same door. Please wait for them there.
We have quite a few junior high youth participating in choir camp this year. There are some different activities being planned for them. The first activity is a pool party for all 7th & 8th graders. It will be tomorrow night, Monday, August 18, 7:00pm – 9:00pm at the home of Jack & Lynne Stoddard (a.k.a. Courtney Tannler’s grandparents!!), 161 Washington Avenue, West Caldwell. Don’t forget a towel!
Lots of neat things being planned!!! Take note — Everyone!! In recognition of the feeding of the multitudes, we will be collecting items for the Caldwell Food Pantry. Please bring in paper products (napkins, paper towels, toilet paper) or lunch box items to be used for school sack lunches. We will collect items throughout the week and then on either Thursday or Friday, will be taking a walk to Park Avenue in Caldwell to deliver the items to the food pantry. The number of families that rely on the food pantry continues to grow. This will be a good way to pass on the miracle from the New Testament!
